White Coat ticket information

Ticketing information

All student must complete the RSVP form regardless of whether you are attending the ceremony or not.  This form is due by July 10, 2022.   Please note:  You will not be able to go back into this form to change the number of tickets, request extra tickets, or change coater information after July 10th.

Student ticket

All students participating in the White Coat Ceremony are required to have a ticket, which allows them admission to the theatre.  Student/Coaters will be seated in alphabetical order on the main floor center section.  You will be given a Student Ticket when you pick up your guest tickets.

Guest tickets

Tickets are required for all guests attending the White Coat Ceremony. Each eligible student may receive a maximum of four (4) guest tickets. Because of strict occupancy regulations, tickets must be presented for each guest, no matter the age, upon entry to the Opera House. Please be sure guests have their tickets on the day of the ceremony. Guests will not be admitted without a ticket. Guest seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note: Strollers, car seats and infant carriers are not allowed in the theatre.

Ticket distribution

Tickets will be available for pick up on July 18 & 19 in the Office of Student Affairs, Suite 315 Mazurek Education Commons between 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.  If you cannot personally pick-up your tickets some else can pick them up for you.  They will just have to sign for them.

Extra tickets

You can request one or two extra tickets (over and above your four).  Each RSVP form is time stamped so tickets will be given on a first come first serve basis.  We will not know how many extra tickets we have until every student RSVP’s so please make sure to submit this form by July 10th.  You will receive an email by July 13th letting you know if your extra ticket request has been granted.

#waynemedicine

To join in the celebration online, we encourage WSU students, staff, and faculty to take photos of themselves, friends, family, and colleagues with signs of congratulations and support and share them on social media – Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram – along with the #waynemedicine hashtag.
