Ticket Information

Important information about tickets

Graduate access ticket

All graduates participating in Commencement are required to have a ticket, which allows them admission to the theatre.  Graduates will be seated in alphabetical order on the main floor center section of the theatre and will be lined up in the balcony of the theatre for the processional.  You will be given a graduate access pass when you pick up your guest tickets.

Guest tickets

Tickets are required for all guests attending Commencement. Each eligible student may receive a maximum of ten (10) guest tickets. Because of strict occupancy regulations, tickets must be presented for each guest, no matter the age, upon entry to the Fox Theatre. Please be sure guests have their tickets on the day of the ceremony. Guests will not be admitted without a ticket. Guest seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note: Strollers, car seats and infant carriers are not allowed in the theatre.

Ticket distribution

Beginning on May 16th, tickets for commencement are expected to be available for distribution in the Office of Student Affairs, Suite 315 Mazurek Education Commons between 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.  If you cannot personally pick-up your tickets some else can pick them up for you.  They will just have to sign for them.  Tickets will also be available during cap and gown distribution.
