Health and safety guidelines

Before arrival

Before arriving at the Fox Theatre, graduates/faculty will be required to complete the Campus Daily Screener, and all guests (including children) must complete the Guest Campus Screener. Masks are optional at this time.

 

Campus Health has the authority to reduce crowd size if deemed necessary.  Requirements will be updated regularly to be consistent with current science and the latest health and safety recommendations.

On graduation day prior to arrival

• Graduates/faculty must complete the WSU Campus Daily Screener, and Guests must complete the Guest Daily Screener (including children) the day of the event.  You can complete it on your phone or computer. We strongly recommend that you complete it as soon as you wake up in the morning as this process may take a while due to the large number of guests attending this event.  Please read the questions in advance, if you think you will be denied entry contact campushealth@wayne.edu right away so that your concerns can be addressed.

• After you SUBMIT the form, a green screen and QR code should appear letting you know that you have been cleared for entry. You will also receive a confirmation email with a QR Code.

• Upon arrival, you will be asked to show that QR code to the staff at the entry doors of the theatre. You can either print the QR code while you are at home and bring it with you or simply show us the QR code on your phone, whichever you prefer.
