Clinicians Ceremony RSVP and Registration Information

We are very pleased to announce that registration for the Class of 2025 is now OPEN!!!

 

Registration Deadline: Friday, February 24, 2023

All students in the Class of 2025 must register for the Student Clinicians Ceremony regardless of whether or not they will be attending. An accurate guest count is imperative so please register as soon as possible!
 

The Ceremony will be held at the Sound Board Theater on Friday, March 24th.  The doors will open at 10 a.m. and the ceremony will promptly begin at 11 a.m.  

 

During the ceremony, students will be coated by one of the Medical School Deans unless you have a parent, relative or mentor that is an M.D. or D.O. and you would like them to coat you.  If you would like to have a physician parent, relative or mentor coat you, he/she must have a ticket.  As such, please include that person in your guest ticket request.  You will also be asked to record your coater's name and physician information on the registration form below.

At this time Students will have the INITIAL option to bring up to (3) guests.  Students can then request (1-3) additional guest tickets.

There are no guarantees that you will receive the (1-3) additional tickets; it will depend on the total number of RSVP’s that we receive. We will attempt to accommodate each request by fulfilling as many requests as possible for 1 additional ticket first and then moving to requests for the 2nd and 3rd additional ticket until we have reached capacity. You will be notified by March 1st as to whether or not your request was granted.

 

• The deadline to register is February 24th at 5:00 p.m. at which time NO ADDITIONS/MODIFICATIONS can be made.

• There will be NO exceptions for late registration. In an effort to promote fairness, guest tickets CANNOT be transferred between students. 

• Tickets will not be distributed in advance. They will be available upon check-in at the Sound Board Theater.  

• Students/Guests attend free of charge.

NameCoach 

 

All students must also register for NameCoach.  NameCoach is a voice recording tool that will allow us to pronounce your name correctly at the Ceremony.  Information on NameCoach can be found below. 

 

Note:  Even if you are not attending the Ceremony, you must still register for NameCoach.  These name recordings will be saved on our system and used in the future for your Commencement Ceremony.
