Clinicians Ceremony Faculty/Staff Information   (Invitation Only Event)

The Office of Student Affairs & Career Development is pleased to welcome you as a guest to our Class of 2025 Clinicians Ceremony!

The Ceremony will be held at the Sound Board Theater on Friday, March 24th.  The doors will open at 10 a.m. and the Ceremony will promptly begin at 11 a.m.  

​

This ceremonial event is held in the Spring, before the beginning of the third year of medical school.  It denotes a rite of passage for our Physicians in Training as they embark on a pivotal segment of their medical education journey: the beginning of core clinical clerkships. 

 

Special Note:  For the Class of 2025, this will also be a combined White Coat Ceremony.

Step 1: RSVP

Please complete the Faculty/Staff RSVP form to indicate your attendance.  Note: If you are not attending, please still use the form to indicate your regrets.

Step 2:  Parking

​

Self-Parking is available in the Ohio Lot.  

• This lot is directly across the street from the Sound Board Theater entrance.  Please consult the Clinicians Ceremony Directions and Parking section of this website for a map of the area. 

​

Step 3:  Day-of Instructions

We ask that all faculty wear their White Coat for the Ceremony.

Once you have parked, cross the street and enter the Sound Board Theater through the Brooklyn Street entrance.  

• As soon as you enter, you will see our registration table in the lobby.  

• Once you check-in, we will direct you to the Faculty/Staff seating area.
